A calorie burned is a penny earned
Trim that waistline and beef up your bank account. A new study from Cleveland State University suggests that people who exercise more, make more money.
People who exercise three or more times each week make roughly 10 percent more—or an extra $80 per week on average—than those who never exercise, the study shows.
So go for a walk, play with your kids or get a work out in. Even if money doesn’t immediately start falling into your lap, your lap will be better for it.
